It is possible to qualify for a tax credit of up to $1,500 on your 2009 or 2010 income tax return.With the passage of the Stimulus Bill, homeowners may be eligible for a tax credit if they purchase certain types of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, water heating equipment, or make other energy-related improvements to their homes between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010.

If you are in the market for a Tankless Water Heater, you may qualify to receive a $200.00 rebate from The Gas Company.
- Get a $200.00 rebate models with a Energy Factor of .90 or higher
- Get a $150.00 rebate for models that meet a minimum Energy Factor of .82
- Ask your tax advisor about federal tax credits
